Security Officer
- To be observant of situations that could potentially result in problems to our guests and employees or property, such as crimes or injuries.
- Performs security functions to include, monitoring of alarms and reporting of disorder on the casino premises.
- Documents events as appropriate in shift log, incident reports, lost and found logs, etc.
- Observe and report safety hazards.
- To provide professional customer service to all our guests.
- Provides escorts as necessary for customers and employees.
- Need to assist with and escort all payouts.
- Need to check all incoming packages, backpacks and not to allow any camera, cell-phones and headsets to be used in the casino area.
- To be a good team player so there is no communication breakdown.
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
- Conducts security checks throughout casino property.
- Shall perform all and any lawful duties required by the General Manager, Gaming Commission, or other Casio Managers
- To check all identification of suspected minors before admittance to the gaming area.
- Need to check all incoming packages, and backpacks and not allow any cameras, cell phones, and headsets to be used in the casino table games area.
