To be observant of situations that could potentially result in problems to our guests and employees or property, such as crimes or injuries.
Performs security functions to include, monitoring of alarms and reporting of disorder on the casino premises.
Documents events as appropriate in shift log, incident reports, lost and found logs, etc.
Observe and report safety hazards.
To provide professional customer service to all our guests.
Provides escorts as necessary for customers and employees.
Need to assist with and escort all payouts.
Need to check all incoming packages, backpacks and not to allow any camera, cell-phones and headsets to be used in the casino area.
To be a good team player so there is no communication breakdown.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
Conducts security checks throughout casino property.
Shall perform all and any lawful duties required by the General Manager, Gaming Commission, or other Casio Managers
To check all identification of suspected minors before admittance to the gaming area.
Need to check all incoming packages, and backpacks and not allow any cameras, cell phones, and headsets to be used in the casino table games area.
