      Developing/coordinating the creation of websites, SEO/SEM initiatives, collateral materials, media, PR, social marketing, promotional events, while building strong branding with distinct value propositions for each TPBDC entity. Preparing correspondence, reports, or other documents, maintaining various filing systems, including computer records of various activities, reviewing, and processing forms, assisting companies under the TPBDC charter with inquiries or business matters, processing various types of purchase orders and invoices for payment, and similar duties.  

      Additional Responsibilities  

      • Make content and creative updates and create landing pages on TPBDC and its businesses’ websites. 

      • Develop and implement email and marketing campaigns. 

      • Develop traditional and digital brand building ads. 

      • Develop and implement SEO/SEM (organic and PPC) strategy.  

      • Manage social communities across all Social Media networks, creating compelling, and engaging social content. 

      • Providing administrative support such as creating and editing documents, managing small-scope projects, and support for various projects including lead management. 

      • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, including sales report development. 

      • Preparing and distributing internal and external communications. 

      • Managing travel arrangements and related expenses.
