Nothing! This upgrade and price reduction will happen automatically. You will see the new
packages and lower rates reflected on your invoice starting with your next billing cycle on April 1, 2026.
We value your loyalty and are thrilled to provide you with a faster, more affordable internet
experience. If you have questions after you receive your April invoice, please contact us about
these changes or if you would like to explore our other new package options.
Please be advised that this upgrade does not apply to Service Lease Agreement (SLA) accounts
or accounts currently under contract. Additionally, please note that while some packages are
discontinued, they will be replaced with faster speeds at a competitive rate.
