The Town of Taos Events invites families from across the community to a magical celebration fit for royalty, the Little Royals Tea Party, a Celebration for Every Prince and Princess.

This free, family friendly event will take place on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM at Don Fernando Hall, 120 Civic Plaza Drive.

Step into a fairytale world where imagination comes to life, and every child is treated like royalty. This enchanting afternoon will feature delightful tea and light bites, a coloring station, face painting, a special giveaway, a photo booth, and plenty of dancing for all to enjoy. The magic continues with special appearances by beloved fairytale friends including Cinderella, Snow White, Belle, and the Beast. They will greet guests, share smiles, and pose for unforgettable photos as they wander throughout the hall spreading joy.

This is a magical celebration for the royal children. Designed especially for our little princes and princesses, this event will spark imagination, encourage creativity, and bring the community together in a joyful and welcoming way. Our Master of Ceremonies, Ms. Amber, the fairytale princess from Twirl, will guide the festivities and keep the magic alive throughout the afternoon. We are also excited to share that Judith Cordova Aragon of J.C. Photography will be generously donating her time and talent to capture the special moments of the day, helping families treasure these memories for years to come. Shiphrah Campbell, owner of Acutetremonts Facepaint and Body Art, will join us with her incredible artistry. She will create dazzling designs including princess looks, butterfly fairies, snakes, and prince/princess crowns to delight all of our young guests. Donations are kindly accepted. Face painting fun wraps up at 5:30 PM. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite prince or princess attire and join in the fun.

Whether twirling on the dance floor or enjoying tea with fairytale friends, this magical experience promises something special for everyone.

Please note, seating may be limited. We kindly ask that adults allow seating priority for our little royals whenever possible. You will not want to miss this sparkling celebration. We cannot wait to see you there.
