7:30PM: We kick off the dancing with an all levels Bachata class taught by dance instructors Anastasia and Stephen. No partner or previous experience necessary. Newbies: Come learn the basics so you are ready to hit the dance floor after class. More experienced dancers: There’ll be some fun options mixed in for you as well!

8:30PM DJ Teevie drops the hottest Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia y más! Everything from the classics to the newest hits. Romeo Santos, Prince Royce, Marc Anthony, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Juan Formel, Los Ángeles Azules, La Sonora Dinomita… hasta Bad Bunny! ¡Vámonos!

Anastasia Supernova is an international Bachata dancer, performer, and instructor with a background in ballroom dance. Known for her dramatic style, strong technique, and deep musicality, she focuses on helping dancers develop body awareness, expression, and confidence on the dance floor.

Stephen Smith is a Bachata and Salsa Instructor with 12+ years experience teaching Latin Dance. During the last two summers, Stephen has toured country wide teaching Bachata in 29 cities across 14 states. Prior to moving to NM, Stephen ran a dance business on Maui, where he taught Bachata and Salsa for 7 years.

Liz Gomez, native of Aguascalientes Mexico, has loved dance all her life. You may know her from when she was teaching salsa classes at Daleee K Taos last year.

Stephen and Liz teach weekly Bachata classes Wednesday Nights, 6:30PM at The Social Club (112 Doña Luz St, Taos). Bachata Dance originated in The Dominican Republic, but in recent years it's become a true international dance craze! From Buenos Aires to Tokyo, Paris to LA: Bachata is everywhere!
