The median sales price held strong at $357,053, nearly identical to July 2024’s $357,000 and slightly higher than June’s $355,000. These figures indicate a stable market with consistent buyer demand, even amid seasonal shifts, reflecting ongoing resilience in New Mexico’s real estate sector. |
