Announces Taos Plaza Live
Summer Concert Series
Taos, New Mexico — The Taos County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce Taos Plaza Live, a free, family-friendly summer concert series taking place on the historic Taos County Plaza, Taos NM during summer 2026.
Taos Plaza Live open all locals and visitors, five-week concert series scheduled every Thursday from July 23 through August 20, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Produced by the Chamber, Taos Plaza Live transforms the historic plaza into a vibrant community gathering space featuring live music performances by local and regional artists, sponsor activations, nonprofit participation, and cultural experiences that celebrate the rich heritage and creative spirit of Northern New Mexico.
The concert series is designed to attract both residents and visitors while encouraging overnight stays, increased downtown activity, and economic impact for local businesses, restaurants, galleries, and lodging partners throughout Taos County.
“Taos Plaza Live reflects the heart of our community — music, culture, creativity, and connection,” said Lindsey Pfaff Bain. “Through strategic tourism promotion and community partnerships, we aim to strengthen Taos County’s position as a premier arts and cultural destination while supporting local businesses and creating memorable visitor experiences.”
Regional marketing efforts targeting visitors from Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Southern Colorado, and West Texas through digital advertising, radio, print media, tourism partnerships, and social media outreach.
The five-event series, with support from Taos County, volunteers, sponsors, town of Taos for road closures, nonprofits, first responders, community partners, and local organizations.
