      Make a difference in the lives of underserved families and children in Colfax, Taos, and Union counties!

      Youth Heartline seeks a visionary Executive Director to lead a dynamic organization providing essential services in rural counties in northeast New Mexico.

      Key responsibilities include fundraising, grant management, public relations, community engagement, financial oversight, and staff and program management.

      Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Non-profit leadership experience preferred.

      Youth Heartline’s mission is to improve positive long-term outcomes and access to services by reducing risk factors and barriers for underserved children and families in Colfax, Taos, and Union Counties of Northern New Mexico.

      Youth Heartline (YHL) operates a wide range of programs, including support for children and families within court systems, providing socio-emotional skill development groups in local schools, outdoor and STEAM activities for children, and case management for families and youth. The primary work of YHL is to provide advocacy, education, and support to children experiencing abuse, neglect, and trauma and their families. In our service area, this work is intertwined with historical and intergenerational trauma, substance use disorder, harm reduction, housing insecurity, and the impacts of poverty.
