Rio Grande CPA is seeking a reliable, highly organized part-time administrator to support client communication and day-to-day office operations.
Details:
- 20-25 hours per week
- Required hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00–5:00 PM
- In-office role (Taos)
- Professional, structured environment
Responsibilities include:
- Managing client emails and basic communication
- Scheduling appointments and sending confirmations
- Organizing client documents and tracking follow-ups
- Supporting proposals, onboarding, and billing processes
