      Rio Grande CPA is seeking a reliable, highly organized part-time administrator to support client communication and day-to-day office operations.
      Details:

      • 20-25 hours per week
      • Required hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00–5:00 PM
      • In-office role (Taos)
      • Professional, structured environment
      Responsibilities include:
      • Managing client emails and basic communication
      • Scheduling appointments and sending confirmations
      • Organizing client documents and tracking follow-ups
      • Supporting proposals, onboarding, and billing processes
