We invite you to join us for this fun run that features everything runners love: fresh air, a friendly atmosphere, and pristine vistas. The Taos Turkey Race 5K run/ walk and 1km Kids Race start and finish at Kit Carson Park in downtown Taos, NM. 5K Run/Walk perks include professional timing and results, random drawings, prizes to the top male/female in 5K Run and 5K Walk, T-shirts to the first 100 entrants, finisher medals, and an overall good time! Kids 1km race perks include professional timing and results, random drawings, t-shirts to the first 50 registrants, finisher medals, and lots of fun! PLEASE NOTE: All entrants are asked to bring one non-perishable item to packet pickup. These food item donations will be given to The Shared Table, a local food pantry, and our designated charity organization. Additional money donations are being accepted for The Shared Table on the race Donations Page.
