Poetry Reading with Dorianne Laux & Tom Centolella
Dorianne Laux is the author of six books of poetry, including The Book of Men, winner of the Paterson Poetry Prize, and Facts about the Moon, winner of the Oregon Book Award. She's also co-author of the beloved poetry textbook, The Poet's Companion. She teaches poetry in the MFA Program at North Carolina State University and is founding faculty at Pacific University’s Low Residency MFA Program. Only As The Day Is Long: New and Selected, is forthcoming from W.W. Norton in January, 2019. Tom Centolella is the author of four books: American Book Award-winner Terra Firma, California Book Award-winner Lights & Mysteries, Views from along the Middle Way, and Dorset Prize-winner Almost Human. A former Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University, he has taught in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years.
