Currently in production, nine members of the TK1 Youth Council are each producing their own short video addressing the following scenario:
In fifteen years’ time, there will be less water in Northern New Mexico. We must become smarter about how we use, protect, and manage this precious, shared resource. What solutions should we start thinking about today?
In pursuit of their projects, students have shot interviews all across northern NM — next to roaring rivers and beaver dams, beside fire-ravaged acequias, at major conferences, and of course in our studio here at TK1 HQ.
With generous support from the LOR Foundation, the New Mexico Humanities Council, and the Taos News, The Future of our Water features student animation, a vibrant student photography exhibit, an interactive water exhibit, and more… Join the Conversation!
