DESCRIPTION:National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) is a nonprofit event that encourages kids and adults to tackle the challenge of writing a novel in November. Write-ins are held throughout the month-long event in communities across the U.S. Participants gather to work on their novels as a group\, holding space to write together. For Prose Month\, SOMOS with host Johanna DeBiase\, welcomes anyone (whether participating in NaNoWriMo or not) to join us for write-ins at the SOMOS Salon. Celebrate the midway point for NaNo participants\, feel free to bring a dessert to share and then get back to work! Coffee and tea provided.
