SUMMARY:Bowl for Kids' Sake
DESCRIPTION:Big Brothers Big Sisters is hosting their annual Bowl for Kids' Sake fundraising event in Taos on April 5th at Gutters Bowling Alley!\n\nThis event is our largest fundraising event to support youth mentoring services locally and we are looking for more groups to form a team of 5! \n\n \n\nThe goal is to get 5 people on your team and each person is responsible for raising at least $100 so $500 collectively. This can be done through asking friends\, family\, and colleagues for donations. Donations can also be collected online once your team is signed up or your team can raise funds through things like bake sales\, garage sales etc. \n\nTeams can be formed with your colleagues\, friends\, family members etc. (anyone you want to bowl with!) \n\n \n\nEach year\, this event has a theme. This year's theme is Children's Books! We encourage participants to dress up in their favorite children's book characters and to bring a book on the day of the bowling event so we can give books to all the littles in our program. \n\nWe are excited about the theme this year because it promotes literacy and gets kids excited about reading. \n\n \n\nOn the day of the event\, teams come at their designated time slot\, bowl for 2 hours\, get lunch and an event T-shirt.
