Habitat for Humanity of Taos is looking for a Full Time Volunteer Coordinator-Recruiter.  Bachelor's degree & volunteer management (or equivalent work experience, education or training).  This position coordinates and recruits HFHT Volunteers; develops and manages volunteer activities to meet Habitat for Humanity of Taos needs; establishes and implements volunteer recruitment procedures and processes; position works closely with and supports HFHT staff members to create a positive, supportive and productive atmosphere for volunteers; agrees, adheres to and promotes the mission and purposes set down in HFHT by-laws.  A team player, strong communication, work ethic, & customer service.  Experience in construction a plus.
