    High School Diploma, or equivalent, required AND 2 years of experience in retail business operations, customers service, or cashiering.  One year of supervisory experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Extended working hours, including weekends, may be required.  Supervise the scheduling, training, and evaluation of the Taos Mountain Casino Hail Creek Travel Center staff. Help Control expenses. Ensure customer/employee satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous resolutions to issues.  Assist with invoicing input for inventory control.  Conduct inventory of all Hail Creek Travel Center items and prepare sales and stock reports.  Provide tracking and database maintenance of customer coupons and coupon redemptions.  Maintain Hail Creek Travel Center signage, promotional decorations, and pricing. Monitor profitability of Hail Creek Travel Center items making adjustments as needed.  Respond to customer questions and resolve disputes. Conduct meetings with staff members in the absence of the manager. Ensure high level of sanitation or cleanliness.  May assist in the Investigate inventory variations and shortages as well as monetary shortages, etc
